Oakville home prices drop 3.3 per cent to $1.46 million in March 2025

The average home price in Oakville was $1.46 million in March 2025, a decrease of 3.3% from February and 2.1% from March 2024. There were 179 home sales, averaging 30 days on the market, with 688 active listings at the end of March. Compared to the previous year, sales dropped by 32.7%, while active listings increased by 47.3%.
